Charlie Van Dongen – CEO/President
The founder and chief engineer behind the technology and current Managing Director of Involve Audio. Charlie has a BEng from Swinburne University and is an experienced engineer in sound technology and power supplies.
Charlie is the Chief architect of the Involve and Sweet Spot Technology.
Dawson Johns – Chief Vision Officer
Dawson has over 30 years experience in product development and manufacturing companies. Dawson’s background covers both technology and business which has enabled him to provide valuable insight and direction to the companies he works with.
Mr. Johns has served on a number of public company boards and has a successful background in international manufacturing and licensing in Australia and China.
David is an award winning circuit board designer and software engineer and is responsible for overseeing the development and manufacturing processes.
Don Dickerson – COO/Director of Operations
25 years of experience in numerous senior management and accounting positions with experience in the technology, manufacturing and health sciences sectors. Don’s executive experience includes senior leadership positions at, JP Morgan, Dell, Boeing Capital, Medistem, Inc., and BioRASI.
Don’s business acumen and experience has helped both successful and early stage companies create and maintain successful operating practices.
Kevin Corson – Project Vision Director
30 years of experience in consumer marketing, sales and product development including; inventing and bringing to market the Internet telephone, the world’s first digital sound card, and the worlds first voice recognition products, including (Covox/Creative Labs) Sound Master/Sound Blaster and (Sonic Foundry/Sony) Sound Forge.
Kevin has extensive experience in bringing cutting edge technologies to market and gaining consumer awareness and acceptance.
Ray Palmarini – CFO/CPA – Director of Finance
Certified Public Accountant with experience as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Consultant. Experience includes ; Arthur Andersen & Co. and JIAN Tools. Palmarini is a graduate of Kent State University (MBA) and Golden Gate University (B.Sc. in Accounting).
Ray currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Circle of Hearts Foundation and the Furthur Foundation and provides financial consulting to both small and large companies.
